ALCOHOL AND TAIL GATING POLICY

The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) regulations do not allow “Tail Gating” or the consumption of alcohol in any parking lot associated with the Tim Hortons Ottawa Dragon Boat Festival. The consumption of alcohol in any parking lot is strictly prohibited and will result in prosecution by the Ottawa Police. Alcohol is not permitted in Mooney’s Bay Park unless purchased within the park. Bag checks for Alcohol will take place prior to entering the park.
