Merch Tent

Some bands will have merchandise to sell, and this will be done in the Merch Tent close to the concert stage. There will be a band representative that works directly with volunteers in a retail sales capacity of musical merchandise.

Tasks:

Take merchandise requests from customers
Process the payment for any sales
Oversee restocking of merchandise

Basecamp:

The Merch Tent Volunteers will be working alongside a band representative in the tent that will be located on the left side of the Rideau Carleton Raceway Casino Hillside Stage. Once there they will work alongside a band representative. Volunteers in this section are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled start time.
