Site Operations

Site Operations Volunteers will have the opportunity to work hand-in-hand with the festival staff as we set up the site before the festival and tear it down afterwards. Volunteers will witness the process and be in awe as an empty field transforms into a bustling festival full of activities.

Tasks:

  • Heavy Lifting
  • Set-up/tear down themed tents, public seating areas, and festival flags
  • Hang/remove signage
  • Assist in delivery/pick-up of product

Basecamp:

After volunteers have signed in at the Volunteer Village they will be directed to various tasks by the Volunteer Team Coordinator. Once they have been assigned a task they will be greeted by an Area Leader and given instruction as to their responsibilities.

*Site Operations Volunteers MUST wear closed-toe shoes; steel-toed boots are recommended however not necessary*
