The dragon boats are arriving for the Tim Hortons Ottawa Dragon Boat Festival


OTTAWA, May 26, 2016 – The Media is invited as the Tim Hortons Ottawa Dragon Boat Festival welcomes this year’s fleet of dragon boats to Mooney’s Bay on Thursday, May 26 at the Mooney’s Bay marina gravel lot off of the South side of Hog’s Back Road. The dragon boats are making their annual pilgrimage from Toronto for team practices in preparation for the Festival which takes place June 23 to 26, 2016. The boats present an excellent photo and video opportunity, especially the decorative dragon head that rests on the bow of the boat.
