OTCA

The Ottawa Taichi Chuan Association (OTCA) established in 1985 is a nonprofit organization dedicated in promoting health and wellness in the Ottawa region through Tai Chi and Qigong exercises, demonstrations, workshops and classes. 

The OTCA has participated in numerous Ottawa community events through the years such as the Ottawa Dragon Boat Festival, the Asian Heritage Month, the Music and Beyond Festival, the "Community Sports Day" Nepean Museum and Chinese cultural events.

The OTCA classes run September to May on Saturdays from 9:30AM to 11:30AM at Ottawa’s Adult High School located at 300 Rochester Street, Ottawa. The OTCA also holds summer practice from June to August on Saturdays from 9:30AM to 11:30AM at Dow’s Lake (Commissioners Park).
